Scotland’s Cruise Centre is a web portal which brings 40 years of cruise expertise on the web.
My role: I revised the Information Architecture and general design, including a new User Interface, new features and proposed a minimum viable product for the mobile version.

Mobile App Exploratory Study

Summary

Information Architecture | Paper Wireframes Diagrams

Leveraging on the existing architecture of the CXA app for Singapore, this study explores designs solutions to prepare for the first iteration of a new app for the Chinese market.
My role: I revised the IA to include new features in the existing app.I then proceeded to sketch paper wireframes and diagrams to show linkage between screens and behaviours.

CXA One Platform

Summary

Responsive Grid and Wireframes | Layout Organization | Wireframes | UI Design | Prototype

CXA web portal is a platform that allows employees to manage their insurance benefits and submit medical claims.
My role: I analysed the old design and created a new responsive grid to support multiple device sizes. A new colour palette was also created to refresh Brand Identity and UI. This project is not visible here because of Intellectual Property reasons.

This is a presentation I delivered at CXA to show scope and goal to the leadership team and other stakeholders. Following the kickoff meeting, it serves the purpose of building consensus and inform about the objectives of the research. It also includes a set of questions for user interviews, to validate the user persona hypothesis previously identified during the stakeholders interview.

CXA HR Portal

Summary

Mid Fidelity wireframes | Rapid Prototyping | Prototype

This HR Portal allows to monitor employees engagement with CXA One thru a range of statics and analytics.
My role: I built the IA to allocate features and charts categories, created mid fidelity screens to start internal iteration. A clickthru prototype was then presented to the stakeholders. This project is not visible here because of Intellectual Property reasons.

CXA Insight is a tablet app used as internal tool for sales pitch meetings. It shows prospect clients potential annual premiums savings.

The ItchList is a Singapore based startup that helps you to achieve all those challenging things that you keep putting off.
My role: After briefly exploring the existing user research, I developed a user journey for the novice user and used it as base to design the first version of the mobile app.
