Intro

As EY Digital Experience Lead I was tasked to design a tablet prototype for all Allianz insurance solutions, combining AI and machine learning capabilities. This sales application tools showcases 3 main flows: an Insurance Financial Advisor (IFA) journey for streamlining the sales of individual solutions, a user portal with interactive dashboard and a broker journey for business solutions customization.

Context

In order to streamline the sales journey of insurance products, it was decides to provide sales agents with a tool that could facilitate and consolidate all the data from potential leads and speed up underwriting within the first meeting with the customers. After many meetings with the Allianz team, we also identified two other possible use cases that could be included in the same tool:
– a customer-facing “portal” application, where existing Allianz customers could view portfolio of existing policies and / or make changes,
– A broker-facing application for mid-corp customers to cater the insurance needs of small-medium enterprises.

The section below provides more details about the 3 user journeys identified.

The second use-case displayed below is the simplest, yet an essential one: a consolidated portal where customers can view all the products they subscribed for

Finally another use case to assist the broker before and after the meeting with clients.

After we validated the use cases and the relative user journeys with the Allianz team, I proceeded with the wireframes for all the screens needed for the final prototype

After several iterations and rounds of approval, a final set of Hi-fidelity screens was produced. We decided to opt for a clean interface look and high-contrast color selection to keep to distractions from the visuals to a minimum.
